This Privacy Statement explains how the C2W Group ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit c2w-group.com. 1. Who we are
C2W Group is a British-owned manufacturing and supply-chain group operating across China, India and Vietnam since 2005. The group includes China 2 West, Shield Works Precision Manufacturing, India 2 West, Vietnam 2 West and Shogun Sports. This site is an information and brand site for the group: it has no customer accounts and no enquiry forms.
2. Information we collect
Information you send us
The only way to contact us through this site is by email. If you email us, we process the information you choose to send, typically your name, email address, company and the content of your message. We use it to respond to you and, where relevant, to pass your enquiry to the right company in the group.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, we and our service providers may collect:
- Your IP address and an approximate location (country, region, city) derived from it
- Browser type and device information (user agent)
- The pages you view, the page you arrived from, and basic interaction data such as clicks on our email links
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them through our cookie banner. Until then, Google Analytics runs in a "consent denied" mode and sets no cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) and re-applied on return visits. You can change it at any time using .
- Google Analytics (GA4): helps us understand how the site is used. Consent-gated via Google Consent Mode v2.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: privacy-friendly traffic and performance measurement by our hosting provider. These do not use cookies or track you across sites.
4. Embedded content
- YouTube videos: our videos load only when you press play. From that point YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect viewing data under its own policy.
- Google Maps: the location maps on this site are embedded from Google Maps, and Google may collect interaction data when you use them.
- Links to other sites: this site links to the group companies' own websites and to third parties such as LinkedIn. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy.
5. How we use your information
- To respond to your emails and route enquiries to the right group company
- To operate, secure and improve the site
- To measure site traffic and marketing performance, where you have consented to analytics cookies
For visitors in the UK and EU, our legal bases are: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, running our business and keeping the site secure, and your consent for analytics cookies.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Vercel (website hosting and analytics)
- Google (analytics where consented, plus YouTube and Maps embeds)
- Companies within the C2W Group, where needed to handle your enquiry
- Authorities or advisers where required by law
Because we operate internationally, your data may be processed outside your country, including in China. Where this happens for UK or EU data, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, where relevant, to manage our business relationship and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@c2w-group.com. If you are in the UK or EU and believe we have not handled your data properly, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.
10. Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
